I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for appointment to the Greater
Albuquerque Recreational Trails Committee in accordance with the City of Albuquerque
Ordinance 14-13-3-8.

APPOINTEE NAME TERM Ms. Leigh Sellari June 30, 2023 5111 Sevilla Avenue NW Albuquerque, NM 87120-1831 Ms. Sellari has practiced as an attorney for over 20 years, to include providing advice to private sector clients and governmental agencies on real property matters, environmental issues, and natural resource concerns. An avid equestrian, Ms. Sellari previously served as a board member for the Barrington Hills Riding Club while residing outside of Chicago, Illinois, where she helped promote the sustainable use of community bridle trails. Ms. Sellari currently owns two horses, which she boards in Albuquerque along the Rio Grande. She is an active user of Albuquerque's open spaces, particularly the beautiful bosque trails, on which she rides, bikes, and runs. Ms. Sellari relocated to New Mexico two years ago, and is enthusiastic about becoming involved in her new community. |

A resident of Council District 1, Ms. Sellari will serve as the Equestrian Interest representative on the Committee, replacing Valarie Cole, and her first term will expire June 30, 2023. |
