I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for appointment to the

Impact Fee Committee in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Ordinance

14-13-1-2.

   

 

APPOINTEE NAME                                                          TERM Mr. Adam Silverman                                                                      January 1, 2027 Albuquerque, New Mexico 87120  Adam is a commercial real estate professional with extensive experience in corporate real estate, including industrial, office, retail, and portfolio management.  His career in commercial real estate has been defined by his business acumen, loyalty, and commitment to the craft.  During his tenure as a Commercial Real Estate broker in Southern California he personally completed over 390 sale and lease transactions totaling approximately 3,000,000 square feet.  The total transaction value of these efforts is just over $105,000,000.   Since his return to Albuquerque in 2015, he has been involved in launching multiple hospitality operations including Electric Playhouse and M’Tucci’s 25, M’tucci’s Bar Roma, and entrenching himself in the success of Downtown Albuquerque. A resident of Council District 2, Mr. Silverman will serve as the Council District 2 representative; His first term will expire on January 1, 2027.
