I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for appointment to the
Affordable Housing Committee in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Resolution
No. R-06-159, Enactment No. 2007-011.

Mr. Joseph R. Montoya June 1, 2026 Albuquerque, NM 87110 Mr. Montoya has a long history in the development of affordable housing regulations, legislation programs, and policy. He has received over twenty awards for his work in housing. His previous positions include COO of operation for MFA, City of Santa Fe Community Services Director, County of Santa Fe Community Development Director, Private business owner, UNM lecturer , and a Nonprofit Director. A resident of Council District 7, Mr. Montoya will serve as the Department of Family and Community Services Department Representative on the Committee. His first term will expire June 1, 2026. |
