I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name to the Joint Air Quality Board in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Ordinance 9-5-1-3.

Jeremy is an energy systems engineer and research leader with 15 years at Sandia National Laboratories' National Solar Thermal Test Facility specializing in large-scale thermal energy systems, industrial process heat decarbonization, and techno-economic evaluation of clean industrial technologies. Extensive experience evaluating technology maturity and commercial readiness for hard-to-decarbonize sectors including cement, metals, manufacturing, and data centers. Skilled in regulatory engagement, stakeholder coordination, and translating engineering feasibility into policy-relevant analysis, his professional background adds value to adopting, amending, and repealing air quality rules and standards, the core function of the Board.
Jeremy will serve the remainder of an unexpired term as a City of Albuquerque representative on the Board; the partial term will expire on April 1, 2027.
