Joseph is a retired operations supervisor. While employed in the Transit department he was on the Permitting Committee. He served as a liaison between Transit and the neighborhood associations with issues pertaining to bus flow in their neighborhood. He also held the Transit Division Manager position for one year. Mr. Garcia lives in the designated Silver Hill Neighborhood Association boundary.
Joseph will continue to serve as the Resident Representative on the Board. His second term will expire April 15, 2029.
