Reese L. Carson is the Director of Player Development for the Sun Country PGA and Sun Country Amateur Golf Association. Reese is responsible for all junior golf related programs along with the implementation of new programs for adults as well. Reese has worked hand in hand with veterans' junior golfers and everyday golfers for the past 3 years with Sun Country and has built relationships with many people. Reese has maximized junior programs and continues to grow them each and every year. Reese is an active listener and learner and will bring tremendous qualities if selected to sit on the City Golf Advisory board such as having been in the golf industry for 8 years and working at a city course for four year throughout his college career. Reese brings knowledge of tournaments, PGA Jr. League programs and even Youth on Course programs in which the city courses are a part of. Reese also has knowledge of course rating along with GHIN handicap programs.
A resident of Council District 1, Mr. Carson will fill a vacancy and serve as the Youth Golfer representative. His first term will expire December 31, 2023.
