Mrs. Shannon J. O’Quinn was born in Oregon and has lived in New Mexico for over 20 years. She holds a degree in Sociology from New Mexico State University and currently serves as the Supported Employment Coordinator at the New Mexico Department of Vocational Rehabilitation, where she helps individuals with disabilities access meaningful employment. She also volunteers as a coach for Special Olympics, which has deepened her commitment to advocating for the disability community. An avid reader and baseball fan, Mrs. O’Quinn values opportunities to build community both personally and professionally. She is interested in serving on the Paratransit Advisory Board to help improve transportation access for those she serves and to contribute fresh, practical ideas that support the broader disability community |
