I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for appointment to the Youth
Advisory Council in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Ordinance 2-6-7-1.

APPOINTEE NAME TERM Ms. Chiderah Ezims May 1, 2026 Albuquerque, NM 87114 Chiderah Ezims is a sophomore at Cibola High School who aspires to work in the medical field and change the world. She participates in various extracurriculars such as, DECA, HOSA, Black Student Union, Student Leadership, MESA, Peer Helpers, and Key Club. Outside of school she is in the National Society of High School Scholars(NSHSS), her religious commitment to LifeTeen, and participates in cultural activities. She maintains a 3.9 GPA while managing these activities. She aspires to do more, and it starts slow and steady. A resident of City Council District 5, Ms. Ezims will fill a vacancy and serve in an At-Large position on the Board; her first term will expire May 1, 2026. |
