Theaa Goodwin is the Office and Revenue Manager at OE Solar, an Albuquerque company that designs and installs solar power systems and EV chargers. She has more than 25 years of experience in banking, financial services and operations management. From 2003 to 2017 she managed bank branches for KeyBank, Wells Fargo, Kitsap Bank and US Bank, and supervised staffs of up to 18. She then managed client investment portfolios at Thrivent Financial. From 2020 to 2025 she worked in traffic control management at Southwest Safety, where she planned traffic control for construction zones, special events and public works projects. Goodwin was President of the Greater Lake Stevens Chamber of Commerce from 2014 to 2016. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Ashford University.
A resident of Council District 4, Ms. Theaa Goodwin will fill a vacancy and serve as an At Large representative on the Council; their first partial term will expire on April 30, 2027.
