Julia Monge
Albuquerque NM, 87120
January 31, 2029
Julia Monge brings a strong combination of community engagement, project management, and data informed program development that aligns well with the work of the Indicators Progress Commission. In her role at PNM, she manages initiatives serving low- and limited-income households across New Mexico, analyzing trends, identifying service gaps, and working with partners to improve outcomes. Her experience in digital inclusion, STEM equity, and community engagement provides a valuable perspective on how data and indicators can be used to better understand community needs and measure progress through an equity lens.
Through the Livable Albuquerque Fellowship and her work across nonprofit, education, and public facing initiatives, Julia has developed a systems level understanding of the connections between housing, technology access, economic opportunity, and community well-being. She would bring a community centered and practical perspective to the Commission, with a strong commitment to ensuring Albuquerque’s indicators are transparent, meaningful, and reflective of the real conditions experienced by residents.
A resident of District 7, Julia will fill a vacancy and serve as an At-Large representative on the Commission; their term will expire January 31, 2029.
