For the 2027 Legislative Session, feedback from members of the Legislature has led us to better streamline our Capital Outlay requests. Within this document, you will find the Administration’s top priorities, including partially-funded projects that need a final push, projects or phases that need matching support to begin, and new and critical projects, which are being realized everyday across our city. There were typographical corrections made to the document since being reviewed during the IGR meeting on September 2, 2026.
