Mayor's re-appointment of Mr. Victor J. Segura to the Balloon Museum Board of Trustees

I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for appointment to the Balloon
Museum Board of Trustees in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Ordinance 10-4-5-1.

Mr. Segura is a long-time Balloon Enthusiast He has worked on his balloon pilot's license and is a private pilot. He has served on the board of the Taos Mountain Balloon Rally and the BOD's for the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta. Mr. Segura has been a Launch Director for Fiesta. Mr. Segura served as a Military Officer and is a Combat Veteran of the Wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and has served as a safety manager for the Federal Government and as a Mining Safety Officer. Mr. Segura currently owns a company that teaches CPR to the General Public and Medical Personnel.
A resident of Council District 1, Mr. Segura, will be reappointed to serve as the Council District 1 representative on the board; his second term will expire on July 31, 2029 due to staggered term dates set in ordinance.
