I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for reappointment to the Greater
Albuquerque Active Transportation Committee in accordance with the City of Albuquerque
Ordinance 2-6-17.

Born and raised in Albuquerque, Adrian N. Carver is a community development practitioner with two decades of experience working across public policy, organizational leadership, and community engagement. He has led efforts that reshaped local and state policy and expanded protections for New Mexicans, including work on Albuquerque's Integrated Development Ordinance, school-based healthcare, minimum wage and ban-the-box, environmental resilience, and statewide human rights laws.
Adrian currently serves as Executive Director of the Revitalize San Pedro Partnership, an accredited Main Street organization leading corridor-scale revitalization in Albuquerque's International District and Uptown area. He serves on Albuquerque's Environmental Planning Commission and multiple planning and transportation bodies, where he brings a land use and planning lens to align transportation investments with safety, access, climate resilience, and neighborhood vitality.
A resident of Council District 2, Mr. Adrian N. Carver will continue to serve as the Southeast representative on the Committee; their second term will expire April 1, 2029.
