I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for reappointment to the Joint
Air Quality Board in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Ordinance 9-5-1-3.

Mr. Armijo has been a practicing attorney since 1981, primarily in the intellectual property field in the state of New Mexico. He has a Juris Doctorate from UNM and an engineering degree from NMSU. Prior to practicing law, he worked at Sandia Labs in the sounding rocket program. Mr. Armijo is retired and now seeks to give back to the community.
A resident of Council District 1, Mr. Armijo will continue to serve as a City of Albuquerque representative on the Board; his second term will expire on April 1, 2029.
