Ms. Nancy A. Roll March 1, 2027 Albuquerque, NM 87123 Nancy Roll is a retired public educator and district administrator with a strong commitment to environmental education and experiential learning. Throughout her career, she developed and managed educational programs, secured grant funding, and integrated hands-on learning through gardening, horticulture, and outdoor education. Her experience includes earning a Certified Nurseryman Certification, collaborating with Master Gardeners, raising butterflies with students, developing school gardens and greenhouses, and receiving a Soil Conservation Association award. An avid gardener, she values stewardship, participation, and consistent service. Nancy is interested in serving on the Biological Park Board because she believes meaningful experiences with nature, animals, and plants are essential to fostering environmental responsibility and community care. Now retired, she is eager to give back in a hands-on, sustained way and contribute her educational expertise to programs that benefit children and families across Albuquerque. A resident of Council District 9, Ms. Roll will fill a vacancy and serve as the representative for District 9; her first partial term will expire on March 1, 2027. |
