Lease Agreement between the City of Albuquerque and ProView Networks, a nonprofit organization
body
The City owns property known as the Studio 519 at 519 Central Avenue NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico. The City wishes to enter into a lease agreement with ProView Networks for approximately 600 sq. ft in the main building on the 2nd Floor of Studio 519. ProView Networks provides year-round broadcast of NM High School sports and daily shows from Studio 519.
This proposed tenant will be a key provider of local, sports related content for the PEG Access Local Origination Channel 26.
The proposed Lease Agreement is for an initial period of three (3) years with options to extend, if lessee is not in default and if properly exercised. This lease will provide in-kind services with a total of 16.5hrs per month of content for the PEG Access Local Origination Channel 26.
This Lease Agreement is forwarded to City Council for approval.
