Adam Harper is the Founder and Principal of OE Solar, a leading energy development and EPC firm based in New Mexico. A NABCEP PVIP certified professional with over 65 MW of solar experience, Adam played a key role in passing the Community Solar Act (SB-84) and expanding access to solar through work with REIA, CCSA, and SEIA. Under his leadership, OE Solar grew into a multimillion-dollar business serving commercial, government, municipal, and Sovereign Nation clients. He sits on several energy policy boards, including NAIOP, REIA, and ABC, and collaborates with CNM's Trades Advisory Committee. Recognized for innovation and mentorship, Adam is committed to sustainable energy, workforce development, and public service through his role on the City of Albuquerque's Energy Council.
A resident of Council District 7, Mr. Adam Toby Harper will continue to serve as an At Large representative on the Council; their second term will expire on April 30, 2028.
