I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for appointment to the
Americans with Disabilities Act Advisory Council in accordance with the City of Albuquerque
Ordinance 2-6-5-1; 2-6-5-5.

Ms. Griego has cerebral palsy. She has been using a wheelchair all of her life. Ms. Griego graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2004 with a bachelors of arts degree in Communications. She is an advocate about accessibility around the community. The combination of her experiences along with her education positions her to be a good fit for the ADA Advisory Council. As a resident of Council District 4, Ms. Griego will serve as an individual with a disability representative on the Council. She will be replacing Ms. Diane Mourning Brown whose term expired on 10/30/2022. |
