I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for appointment to the
Albuquerque Museum Board of Trustees in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Ordinance
10-4-1-4.

Senator Bill Tallman July 31, 2025 Albuquerque, NM 87111 Mr. Tallman had a career as a City Manager or Deputy City Manager spanning 35 years. The largest City he managed had a budget of half a billion dollars and 800 employees. He has always been active in the community as a fundraiser for United Way and a member of Rotary. As a Senator Mr. Tallman has earmarked approx. $1 million of his capital outlay to the ABQ Museum. A resident of Council District 8, Mr. Tallman will replace Mr. Donald Couchman, whose term has expired, and serve as the District 8 representative on the Board; his first term will expire July 31, 2025. |
