I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for appointment to the Balloon
Museum Board of Trustees in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Ordinance 10-4-5-1.

APPOINTEE NAME TERM Mrs. Nora Tocci July 31, 2024 3311 Calle de Daniel NW Albuquerque, New Mexico 87104-3023 Nora Tocci is CEO and co-founder of Contrast, Inc. Along with her B.S. in Optical Science from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, Nora has more than 25 years of experience in optical system design, assembly, and testing. She is co-author of 27 issued and pending U.S. patents for optical devices and systems. As CEO, Nora oversees all aspects of technology development at Contrast, including their custom camera product line. She is responsible for the company's vision and healthy culture, forging revenue streams using Contrast's unique technical capabilities. Her leadership extends to the Albuquerque community where Nora invests in childhood education, improving infrastructure, and supporting other local businesses. A resident of Council District 2, Mrs. Tocci will represent that district on the Board and her first term will expire July 31, 2024. |
