I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for appointment to the Youth

Advisory Council in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Ordinance 2-6-7-1.

Graham                                                                     May 1, 2024 501 Vermont Street NE, Apartment F Albuquerque, NM 87108  Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico to a small business owner and a hospital desk clerk, Graham currently attends Highland High School in Albuquerque as a member of the class of 2022. He is placed second in the state at the DECA New Mexico Career Development Conference in the field of Automotive Services Marketing, qualifying for the national competition in the process, though not attending due to the cancellation of the national event. Graham has no prior political experience but brings measured excitement and carefully-considered decisions to the table.  A resident of Council District 6, Mr. Graham will fill an At-Large vacancy on the board and his first term will expire May 1, 2024.
