I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for appointment to the
Albuquerque Housing Authority Board in accordance with the City of Albuquerque
Resolution 10-97.

Mrs. Yvette Nunez December 1, 2025 4315 Rancho Redondo NW Albuquerque, NM 87120-1432 Yvette Nunez is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in NM with over 5 years of experience in internal and financial accounting. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from New Mexico State University and a Master of Accounting from the University of New Mexico. Yvette joined the Sandia Internal Audit Department in January 2020 where she focuses on assessing internal controls over financial and business operations. A resident of Council District 5, Mrs. Nunez will serve as the CPA member on the board, replacing Ms. Janet McHard, and her first term will expire December 1, 2025. |
