Mayor’s Recommendation of Award for “Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Consulting”

The City of Albuquerque’s Department of Technology and Innovation in conjunction with the Department of Finance, Purchasing Division, issued the RFP for enterprise resource planning (ERP) consulting.

 

The RFP was posted on the Purchasing E-Procurement, Sicomm.net website on May 15, 2019 and advertised in the Albuquerque Journal on April 28, 2018.The City received eleven (11) responses to this solicitation. The ad hoc evaluation committee evaluated and scored the proposals received in accordance with the evaluation criteria published in the RFP. After thoroughly reviewing and scoring all the proposals, the highest-ranking proposals were InfoSys Public Services Inc earning a score of 902 points, SpearMC Management Consulting Inc earning a score of 891 points, Cherryroad Technologies Inc. earning a score of 806, Bans Consulting LLC earing a score of 765 Elire Inc earning a score of 671, Ciber Global LLC earning a score of 618 and Techtu Business Solutions, Inc earning a score of 542 points. The ad hoc committee found InfoSys Public Services Inc, SpearMC Management Consulting Inc, Cherryroad Technologies Inc, Bans Consulting LLC, Elire Inc, Ciber Global LLC, and Techtu Business Solutions, Inc all to be both responsive and qualified and recommends an award to each of these offerors.

 

I concur with this recommendation.

 

The City of Albuquerque’s Department of Technology and Innovation will manage this contract.
