The Aviation Department seeks approval of a sole-source agreement with Viken Detection (formerly Heuresis) to purchase two (2) HBI-120LC Handheld Backscatter X-Ray Imagers with Accessories, Warranty, Training and Support. The HBI-120LC x-ray imagers will be used to scan for explosives or other prohibited items in all supplies that will be entered or be used in the secure areas of the Albuquerque International Sunport as mandated by TSA-NA-16-01B.
