I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for appointment to the
Accountability in Government Oversight Committee in accordance with the City of Albuquerque
Ordinance 2-10-5.

Mr. Johnny Mangu holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Taxation. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Partner of Assurance Tax Accounting, PC. During his career, Mr. Mangu has completed audits for state and local governments, private businesses, and non-profit organizations.
A resident of Council District 8, Mr. Mangu will serve as the CPA representative of the Committee, replacing Ms. Elizabeth Metzgar who's term has expired. His first term will expire on September 1, 2022.
