As required per Ordinance § 9-4-1-8(A), the attached updated policies and procedures have been submitted to the City Council by the Civilian Police Oversight Agency for approval. 

The updated policies and procedures were approved by the Board of the Civilian Police Oversight Agency at its June 13, 2019 meeting.
