I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for appointment to the
Personnel Board in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Ordinance 3-1-4.

Dr. Reeves is a Regents Professor of Public Administration at the University of New Mexico and has authored and co-authored several books including Shoes Along the Danube, Managing Human Resources, and Personnel Management in the Corps. He has numerous publications and has been a practicing labor arbitrator since 1987. Dr. Reeves is a member of the prestigious American Arbitration Association and is on the board of directors of Outcomes, Inc., a behavioral health non-profit agency in Albuquerque. |

A resident of Council District 2, Dr. Reeves will serve as the Board Elected representative on the Board, and his term will expire September 1, 2021.
