Mr. Mitchell has served seventeen years in the United States Marine Corps, United States Army, and the Army Reserves. Since his retirement, he has been active in various Veterans groups in Albuquerque and has much experience in policy analysis.
A resident of District 8, Mr. Mitchell will replace Mr. Brian D Leen as an At Large member of the Board, and his first term will expire September 2, 2022.
