I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for appointment to the
Albuquerque Energy Council in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Ordinance 14-8-5-3.

APPOINTEE NAME TERM Ms. Donna J Griffin April 30, 2022 3112 Carlota Rd. NW Albuquerque, New Mexico Ms. Griffin is a retired Assistant City Attorney who has provided legal counsel to the Environmental Health Department, Family and Community Services, and other entities regarding water rights, water quality, sustainability and environmental regulation. Ms. Griffin’s environmental career included experience as a municipal industrial water sampler and a federal coal mine inspector. She continues to work toward net zero energy use through orientation specific fenestration, air infiltration reduction and high R-value window treatments on solar gain windows. Ms. Griffin will serve as an at-large member on the Council, replacing Mr. Michael A Cecchini, whose term has expired. Her first term will expire April 30, 2022. |
