Agency on Aging/Older American's Act Advisory Council in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Joint Powers Agreement Section 11-1-1, et seq. NMSA 1978, and with 45 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 1321.57.

Ms. Guillermina Osoria is bilingual lifestyle coach for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention National Diabetes Prevention Program. She is also a Silver Sneakers Instructors for the Medicare Advantage Health Plans, and serves as the Executive Program Director for the Davis Rojas Foundation, Inc., serving disadvantaged individuals, seniors, youth, the homeless and those recently released from incarceration.
A resident of Council District 6, Ms. Osoria will fill a vacancy and serve as an at-large member of council. Her first term will expire July 31, 2022.
