Enhancement Trust Fund in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Ordinance 4-2-1-3.

Waylon Chavez was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico and is a graduate of Rio Grande High School. He started his career in real estate in June of 2006 and was nominated for rookie of the year by the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors(r). He currently is the owner of ABQ Premiere Properties and has been in business for 13 years in Albuquerque. Waylon is a member of the Realtor Association of New Mexico, in which he has served as a board member for a 4 year term. Waylon worked closely with the National Association of Realtors(r) and the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors(r) to bring the National Association of Realtors(r) Young Professionals Network to New Mexico and was the Chapter's first president. Waylon has also volunteered on the New Mexico Chapter of The Council of Residential Specialist as Education Chairman and President of the New Mexico Chapter in 2012 where he was also named CRS Realtor(r) of the year. He is the president of the Encanto Village HOA, and teaches classes to parents at Mission Achievement and Success Charter School. Waylon has a passion for his community and believes by serving and being involved, we can make our community better for everyone.
