She is skilled in program planning, evaluation, community development and proposal writing. Ms. Lorino is a strong business development professional with a Master of Science (M.S.) focused in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin. She is currently the Executive Director of New Mexico Association for Home and Hospice Care. Ms. Lorino, a resident of Council District 8, will fill the Healthcare Provider vacancy on the council and her first term will expire July 31, 2022. |
