Mayor's Appointment of Mr. Fred J. DeGuio to the Airport Advisory Board

I am submitting for your advice and consent the following name for appointment to the Airport
Advisory Board in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Ordinance 7-1-2-1.

Mr. DeGuio is retired after 38 years of working in customer service and operations with three major US airlines. He has significant knowledge of flight schedules, aircraft, strategies, and history of all U.S. air carriers as well as many international carriers. Mr. DeGuio has resided in Albuquerque for 55 years and hopes to use his knowledge and experience to serve his city through this board.
Mr. DeGuio is a resident of Albuquerque's District 8, and will replace Mr. Jon D. Word as an At-Large member of the Board. His term will expire on January 1, 2022.
