Advisory Board in accordance with the City of Albuquerque Ordinance 7-1-2-1.

Mr. Anthony B. Gallegos is a native New Mexican from northern New Mexico who has worked as an engineer and program manager for several Fortune 500 companies, including Lockheed Aircraft Company, Rockwell International, and Honeywell Aerospace and Defense, as well as the US Department of Energy in Washington DC. His previous volunteer work includes time with the City of Albuquerque Airport Advisory Board, Leadership Albuquerque Board, UNM Parent Association Board, and Honeywell Neighborhood Organization Board. He has volunteered several years for media activities for the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta and Kiwanis Club handling parking services for the Balloon Fiesta. Mr. Gallegos received a Bachelor of Science from Eastern NM University and Master’s from the University of New Mexico in Public Management. He currently works for the University of New Mexico as an Operations Manager in the division of Enrollment Management. A resident of Council District 1, Mr. Gallegos will fill a vacancy as an At-Large member of the Board and his first term will expire on January 1, 2022. |
