The additional funds require Council approval pursuant to § 5-5-19, Approval of Contracts, ROA 1994 of the City’s Public Purchasing Ordinance. Due to a financial error, legislation for the FY18 Outside Counsel for Legal Services Agreements were not processed through to Council Services requesting approval of the supplemental amounts. For this reason, I am forwarding this Executive Communication to you at this time for your consideration and action.
