ADJUSTING FISCAL YEAR 2016 APPROPRIATIONS AND AMENDING THE
ADOPTED CAPITAL IMPLEMENTATION PROGRAM OF THE CITY OF
ALBUQUERQUE BY SUPPLEMENTING CURRENT APPROPRIATIONS.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to expand and renovate the Council Services
offices to accommodate staff for supplemental neighborhood coordination
support services; and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient unencumbered appropriations in the
General Fund Council Services program strategy for FY/16 to fund the necessary renovations; and
WHEREAS, the Senior Affairs Department has pledged a portion of its
FY/16 General Fund appropriation towards the acquisition of land for a multi-
generational center in the NW quadrant of the City; and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient unencumbered appropriations in the General Fund Senior Affairs- Well Being program strategy for FY/16 to fund this pledge.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL, THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE:
Section 1. That the following appropriations are hereby adjusted to the following program strategies in Fiscal Year 2016:
GENERAL FUND - 110
City Support Functions
Transfer to Capital Acquisition Fund (305) 225,000
Council Services Department
Council Services (125,000)
Senior Affairs Department
Well Being (100,000)
Section 2. That the following appropriations in the Capital Acquisition Fund (305) are hereby made to the specific projects as indicated.

The scope of the project is hereby expanded to include acquiring property for a multi-generational facility within the Northwest Mesa.
NW Abq Multi-Generational 2007 G.O. Bond/Transfer from Fund 110
The scope of the project is hereby amended to include planning, designing, acquiring property, constructing, furnishing and equipping a multi-generational facility within the Northwest Mesa.
